 📢 We’re Hiring: Warehouse & Logistics Manager (F&B Industry)

📍 Location: Kuwait (Candidates must have valid Kuwait residency)

🕒 Employment Type: Full-time


Are you a dynamic and experienced logistics leader with a background in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry? We’re looking for a Warehouse & Logistics Manager to join our growing team and take ownership of our end-to-end supply chain operations in Kuwait.


🔍 Key Responsibilities:

 • Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.

 • Manage inventory control, stock accuracy, and timely replenishments.

 • Plan and optimize logistics processes to ensure efficient and cost-effective delivery across outlets.

 • Lead a team of warehouse staff and drivers; ensure training, performance, and safety compliance.

 • Coordinate with procurement, operations, and store teams to meet demand.

 • Ensure HACCP, food safety, and hygiene standards are strictly followed.

 • Monitor KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives.


✅ Requirements:

 • Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse and logistics management, preferably in the F&B or FMCG sector.

 • Strong understanding of inventory systems, cold chain management, and delivery routing.

 • Proven leadership and team management skills.

 • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

 • Must be currently residing in Kuwait with a valid transferable residency.
