Sales Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, organize, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and deliver sustainable growth across key FMCG categories.
  • Conduct daily morning meetings to align the team on objectives, drive motivation, and track performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners, coops, and key accounts to ensure optimal product visibility and execution of trade agreements.
  • Oversee flawless execution of offers, contracts, and promotional campaigns, in line with internal guidelines and ratios.
  • Monitor competitor campaigns and report market intelligence to support strategic planning and field activities.
  • Perform field audits to ensure compliance with merchandising standards and promotion plans.
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments, including Finance and Warehouse, to guarantee smooth operations and timely deliveries.
  • Track performance metrics, manage reporting, and maintain accurate area-level sales data and statistics.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 5+ years of FMCG sales experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong leadership and team development skills.
  • Proven ability to manage routing, assignment planning, and car maintenance schedules.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • A proactive, results-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
