Sales Supervisor
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, organize, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and deliver sustainable growth across key FMCG categories.
- Conduct daily morning meetings to align the team on objectives, drive motivation, and track performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners, coops, and key accounts to ensure optimal product visibility and execution of trade agreements.
- Oversee flawless execution of offers, contracts, and promotional campaigns, in line with internal guidelines and ratios.
- Monitor competitor campaigns and report market intelligence to support strategic planning and field activities.
- Perform field audits to ensure compliance with merchandising standards and promotion plans.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments, including Finance and Warehouse, to guarantee smooth operations and timely deliveries.
- Track performance metrics, manage reporting, and maintain accurate area-level sales data and statistics.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 5+ years of FMCG sales experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
- Proven ability to manage routing, assignment planning, and car maintenance schedules.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- A proactive, results-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
