Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
- Address and resolve customer issues and complaints promptly while ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Coordinate closely with the operations team to ensure smooth and timely service execution.
- Maintain accurate customer records and service logs.
- Uphold the company’s strong reputation for quality and reliability in mobile car maintenance services.
- Requirements:
- Arab nationals only – Please do not apply if you are not Arab.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written), with a strong Kuwaiti accent preferred.
- Must hold a valid transferable residency (Article 18) in Kuwait.
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Solid knowledge of automotive services and how to manage customer expectations effectively.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Must be willing to work in a shift-based system, including weekends when required.
