Finance Manager

 We are currently seeking the following position in Kuwait:


Finance Manager
  • Manage operations of the finance department, which include Accounting, Treasury, Cost Control and Store
  • Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company (payroll, invoicing, collection, cash management, and other transactions).
  • Manage Light Fields’ financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems.
  • Manage management reporting, budgeting and reforecast processes to ensure timely and flawless delivery.
  • Forecast cash flow positions, related borrowing needs, and available funds for investment.
  • Ensure that sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements.
  • Oversee the process of product pricing in relation to features offered and competitor pricing.
  • Direct the analysis of costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results, and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans and agreed targets.
  • Compile key business metrics and report on them to management.
  • Manage the preparation of the company's budget and report to management on variances from the established budget, and the reasons for those variances.
  • Perform a variety of advanced financial analyses to determine present and forecasted financial health of the company.
  • Ensure compliance of accounting and internal audit practices with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage the preparation and publication of departmental and organization financial documents and information.
  • Collaborate with management on development and execution of funding strategies.
  • Examine financial and legal documents to verify accuracy and adherence to financial regulations and acceptable financial principles.
  • Develop trends and projections for the firm’s finances.
  • Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
  • Support project analysis, validation of plans, and ad-hoc requests through, providing financial data and financial modelling to simulate financial scenarios for management review.
  • Experience in Odoo ERP software
  • CFA certification is a plus
