Indian cuisine chef

 1. Needs to have good experience in cooking a verity of Indian veg and non- veg dishes, mainly biryani in large quantities.


2. Needs to have a knowledge of the food safety and hygiene protocols.

Needs to ensure and maintain food production adequacy and efficiency.
