Key Account Manager

Position: B2B & WG Key Account Manager

Location: Kuwait

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and grow existing key accounts across B2B and White Goods segments.
* Identify and develop new business opportunities in the corporate, hospitality, and government sectors.
* Build long-term strategic relationships with decision-makers and procurement heads.
* Drive project-based sales through tenders, bids, and negotiations with contractors and consultants.
* Develop and implement account-specific strategies to achieve sales targets.
* Participate in exhibitions, events, and industry forums to promote the brand and products.
* Forecast sales performance, pipeline opportunities, and market trends.
* Coordinate with product, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely delivery and support.
* Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, proposals, and contracts in CRM.
* Maintain deep knowledge of Hisense's White Goods product portfolio and competitor offerings.
* Provide clients with technical product specifications, application guidance, and ROI proposals.
* Ensure smooth handover to installation and after-sales service teams.
* Handle customer escalations, warranty claims, and follow-ups professionally.
* Support in training the customers & merchandisers.
* Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements for all sales functions in Levant/Kuwait.
* Other jobs as assigned by Reporting Head / HMD.


Qualifications:

*Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
Experience:
*Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the electronics or consumer goods industry.
*Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.
Skills:
*Fluency in professional English and Arabic is a must.
*Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
*Ability to analyze market trends and data to make informed decisions.
*Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
