Operations Supervisor

 Position: Operations Supervisor

Job Location: Ardhiya, Kuwait

Responsibilities:

. Supervise, check, and plan the ground courier's routes with the ground courier's leader to optimize the best daily performance.

. Supervise and train the courier team, provide training and support where needed

Check and verify the Ground Couriers' delivery capacity daily and ensure the ground courier daily production as per the standards.

. Ensure timely, accurate and effective deliverables, maintain up to date delivery records and manage the fleet of delivery.

. Monitor and manage schedule and shifts of all the ground operation team members to ensure availability of adequate staffing.

. Arrange all receiving shipments taken by back office and make sure it is dispatched accordingly.

Monitor and ensure the team are using safe practices while conducting their jobs.

. Ensure that the couriers adhere to company policies and procedures.

Maintain effective communication with internal and external parties.

. Manage daily allocation of Laborers and couriers.

Prepare daily utilization reports of couriers and laborers.

. Communicate with all laborers and ground couriers for monthly deductions and coordinate with HR and accounting departments.

. Manage all routes planning in station.

Manage inbound and outbound activities related to laborers and couriers.

. Perform other duties and provide reports as requested by the direct manager.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field

Minimum 2 years of experience in courier, logistics, or transportation operations

Good understanding of last-mile delivery processes and courier industry practices

Strong coordination and communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and logistics software/ERP systems

Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and solve problems quickly

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Bilingual (English and Arabic) is a Must
