Shipment In Charge

Position: Shipment In Charge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage all shipment activities, including import/export operations.
  • Ensure timely delivery of goods by liaising with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs agents.
  • Verify shipment documents (invoices, packing lists, bill of lading, certificate of origin, etc.).
  • Monitor shipment tracking and proactively resolve delays or issues.
  • Supervise the unloading and receiving of materials and ensure items match delivery documents.
  • Ensure compliance with Kuwaiti customs regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain shipment logs and records in coordination with inventory and finance teams.
  • Prepare reports on shipment status, delays, and cost control.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and procurement teams for stock planning and distribution.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in shipment/logistics or a similar role in Kuwait.
  • Strong understanding of import/export documentation and customs clearance in Kuwait.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication in English; Arabic is an advantage.
  • Valid Kuwaiti residency and transferable visa.
  • Ready to Join
