 SALES ENGINEER- COMMERCIAL PROJECTS 

 Key Responsibilities:

 *Identify and pursue new commercial project sales opportunities through market research and networking

 *Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients

 Prepare, customize, and present detailed technical proposals tailored to client needs

 *Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to secure profitable sales agreements

 *Collaborate with engineering and project teams to ensure accurate project scope and technical feasibility

 *Monitor and achieve sales targets and KPIs consistently

* Provide ongoing client support and follow-up to foster long-term partnerships

 *Attend trade shows, client meetings, and technical presentations as needed

 

SALES ENGINEER- GOVERNMENT PROJECTS 

 Key Responsibilities:

 *Identify and manage sales opportunities in both private and government sectors

 *Develop and maintain strong relationships with key B2B clients and government stakeholders

 *Present engineering-based solutions tailored to each project’s technical and budgetary requirements

 *Prepare and deliver detailed proposals, including compliance with tender specifications

 *Lead contract negotiations to secure favorable terms

 *Work closely with internal engineering and delivery teams to align project scope and timelines

 *Ensure project sales targets are met and pipeline is consistently growing

 *Follow up regularly to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business

 *Keep up-to-date with public sector regulations, bidding processes, and market dynamics


 General Requirements (Both Roles):

 *Minimum 4+ years of experience in project sales

 *Engineering background (Civil or Electrical) – Mandatory

 *Fluent Arabic speaking – Mandatory

 *Strong technical and negotiation skills

 *Kuwait driving license preferred

 

Job Timings & Benefits:*

 -9:00 AM – 5:00 PM OR 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

 -6 days/week or 5.5 days – flexible as per project requirement

 -Joining Date: September 

 -Salary: As per market standards

 -Benefits: As per Kuwait Labor Law
