Sales & Marketing Executive

 We are currently seeking - Sales & Marketing Executive


Brands: Qynda (Modest Activewear) & Amaq (Modest Swimwear)
Location: Kuwait (with regional focus on GCC)
Reporting to: CMO & COO

Primary Objective
Drive revenue growth, build brand awareness, and expand customer reach through strategic sales and marketing initiatives for Qynda and Amaq across e-commerce, retail, and wholesale channels.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Sales Development
● Identify and onboard retail partners across Kuwait, UAE, KSA, and Qatar.
● Manage wholesale leads, pricing proposals, and B2B relationships.
● Build partnerships with gyms, wellness spaces, and boutique stores.
● Achieve monthly sales targets and grow regional footprint.
● Monitor market trends and adjust pricing/promotions accordingly.

2. Digital Marketing & Content Creation
● Plan and execute digital campaigns across Meta, Instagram, and TikTok.
● Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned with brand goals.
● Coordinate with creative/design teams for social media assets.
● Track ad performance (CTR, ROAS) and optimize campaigns.
● Manage Shopify and landing page content to align with seasonal drops.

3. Influencer & Affiliate Marketing
● Identify and engage relevant influencers (paid and unpaid).
● Coordinate gifting campaigns and influencer briefs.
● Develop and manage affiliate programs with revenue-share models.
● Measure and report on influencer campaign effectiveness.

4. Customer Engagement & Retention
● Oversee customer communication via email, WhatsApp, and DMs.
● Execute CRM/email marketing campaigns using platforms like Klaviyo.
● Respond to customer feedback, reviews, and queries promptly.
● Support loyalty and referral programs.

5. Visual Merchandising & Pop-Ups
● Support setup and execution of pop-up events, expos, and retail activations.
● Ensure high-quality product displays and brand consistency.
● Assist in booth design, logistics, and brand representation.

6. Reporting & Internal Coordination
● Maintain weekly dashboards on marketing performance and sales KPIs.
● Coordinate with product, logistics, and customer care teams.
● Work with finance to monitor marketing spend and campaign ROI.

Required Skills & Experience
● 3+ years in fashion/lifestyle sales or marketing (preferably in the GCC).
● Proficiency in Meta Ads, Shopify, Google Analytics, Klaviyo.
● Strong understanding of influencer marketing and digital trends.
● Arabic language proficiency is a plus.
● Interest or background in fitness, wellness, or modest fashion is preferred.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
● Monthly and quarterly sales growth (DTC & wholesale)
● Customer acquisition cost (CAC) & return on ad spend (ROAS)
● Influencer/affiliate-driven conversions
● Email open and click-through rates
● Retail partner acquisition and retention
