Senior Construction Manager

 Innerworks Design & Builds is a Turnkey, rapid construction contractor, specializing in concrete works.

We are looking for a Senior Construction Manager to join us.

Job role

Oversee and coordinate construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Responsible to manage all phases of the project lifecycle, from planning and design to construction and closeout, and they typically supervise a team of construction professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the end- to- end construction process for assigned projects.

Project Planning and Execution

Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and ensure adherence to those plans.

Coordinate with internal departments to streamline project execution.

Supervise and mentor site engineers, supervisors, and other team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Manage project budgets, control costs, and avoid overruns.

Lead project close- out activities including final inspections, and handover documentation

Quality Control

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction Management, or a related field.

8–10 years of proven hands- on experience managing large- scale residential, commercial, or infrastructure construction projects.

Strong knowledge of construction methods, practices, scheduling, and cost control.

Familiarity with local construction regulations, standards, and safety protocols.

Experience working with design consultants, subcontractors, and multidisciplinary teams.

Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and MS Office Suite.

PMP or equivalent certification is an added advantage
