Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and bilingual Service Quality Assistant to support ODONTYN’s beta testing and launching phase in Kuwait. This individual will follow up with clinics, doctors, and users to gather feedback via calls, emails, and online surveys, ensuring a smooth experience and high-quality service standards. The assistant will also provide customer support and administrative assistance while reporting findings and insights back to the Odontyn team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow up with participating clinics, doctors, and beta users via texts, phone, email, and surveys
  • Collect and organize quantitative and qualitative feedback from users
  • Ensure high response rates and user satisfaction throughout the testing phase
  • Conduct structured questionnaires and analyze feedback
  • Generate summary reports highlighting trends, satisfaction, and areas for improvement
  • Support day-to-day service operations and documentation
  • Communicate insights clearly to internal teams and stakeholders in weekly basis.

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) — mandatory
  • In-person presence in Kuwait is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master’s in Public Health or Health Management is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven experience in customer service or administrative support
  • Highly organized with time management and follow-up skills
  • Comfortable using online survey tools (e.g., surveymonkey, Google Forms, Typeform) and analyzing basic data (Excel/Google Sheets)
  • Previous exposure to the dental or healthcare field is a bonus
