Position Details:

📌 Experience: Fresh graduates up to 3 years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and respond to messages on WhatsApp, Instagram DM, and other platforms in a professional manner.
  • Assist customers with product information, orders, and resolving issues.
  • Create and submit orders on behalf of customers when needed.
  • Document interactions and coordinate with the sales and support teams.
  • Maintain the brand's tone of voice and report any technical issues.
