Telesales Representative

Job Summary:

We are looking for a persuasive and goal-driven Telesales Representative to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers via phone to promote our products/services, close sales, and provide excellent customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers using provided leads or cold calling.
Present, promote, and sell products/services over the phone in a clear and professional manner.
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or product recommendations.
Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Handle inbound calls and follow up on previous customer interactions as needed.
Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer information in CRM systems.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align messaging and campaign goals.
Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and promotions.


Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor’s degree is a plus).
  • Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales/customer service role.
  • Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
  • Ability to handle objections and remain calm under pressure.
  • Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused attitude.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM or call center software.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in Fashion, telecom, SaaS, and retail
  • Multilingual communication skills are a plus.
  • Familiarity with sales scripts and techniques such as SPIN or consultative selling.
  • Fast typing skills and attention to detail.
